In case you haven't realized (or never visited the old one) the official Disney Princess website has changed. A lot. It used to be a fun place where little girls could play dress-up with their favorite princesses, print out free coloring pages, and read adorable storybook versions of the beloved movies. That is all in the past. Now, the Princess website has become a thinly veiled advertisement where young children can go look at things to buy (with an occasional game, of course).
Naturally, this makes me sad because I feel like the old site had all of the magic and innocence of the Disney Princesses and the new one just wants to squeeze money out of you. However, the worst part is they took down all of the coloring pages and other fun printable activities. Luckily, I managed to download my favorite crafts (the Playsets) and wish to share them with you for free so that everybody can enjoy these adorable decorations!
These playsets are easy to make and look amazing displayed (they would also be fun to play with)! I ignored the cheesy printable characters and just printed and cut out the castles. I placed some in my window sills and I love looking at the different styles and architecture from the different movies!
